Hi there,

Right now i have a little guy and I've noticed that their nails seem to get rather sharp as they get older. Im a little worried that they might be able to scratch the tile and wooden floors in my apartment. Is this something that tends to happen? Is there anything I can do to avoid it or make the nails less sharp?

Thanks everyone

I have all wood floors, but no issues with scratching. I think the nails are sharp enough but that beardies are too light for it to be a factor. On hard tile, no issues. I think if they had a mind to take their claws to linoleum (digging), they might be able to scratch it a little, but probably not just running around.

Definitely wont scratch tile. It in fact should help file their nails down if they walk on tile.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
