I was reading that beardies take weeks to shed, but mine seemed to already be done in two days since i noticed her starting, does it just vary from dragon to dragon?

Shedding varies between dragons and varies between sheds. Some take a long time and some just kind of explode all at once. As they get older, they tend to shed more in patches and the sheds can sometimes take longer than they do when they are younger. The shedding tends to be less frequent when they get older since they aren't growing as quickly.
