Getting my bearded dragon used to me?

I have a baby bearded dragon that i've had for a month. She is still stressed. Could be because she is not used to me. Should i put an old shirt of mine from a few years ago into her tank? It was washed a few years ago too. Would that get rid of my odor?

What is she doing to make you think she is stressed out? Does she act angry or defensive when you are around her? Is she not eating well? The shirt trick is to put a recently used shirt in the tank to get them used to your smell. I haven't done this myself.

She has stress marks, though she is eating well. She isn't defensive at all, but she does glass surf and i don't know how to stop that.

Don't mind the mess. We are cleaning her tank tomorrow. We use 75 watt basking light and Exo Terra coil UVB. I've heard a lot of bad things about coil UVB and i have been keeping an eye out if anything is wrong with her eyes or anything and I don't seem to be having a problem with the UVB.

I find the term stress marks for the dark lines on their bellies to be misleading. These are quite common (almost universal) among young dragons and don't necessarily indicate their mood. They lighten and darken depending on if they are trying to absorb or reflect heat/light too. The lines tend to fade/decrease as they get older.

The glass surfing could indicate that something is off with the setup (temperature, lighting, etc) but more likely is just curiosity and a misunderstanding of the clear barrier. If you take her out and give her a safe place to roam around (well supervised) for a bit, how does she react to that? They tend to be very curious and enjoy exploring.

The coil UVB is no good here is some info on that subject Which UVB light should I use?
The best UVB light is a ReptiSun 10.0 fluorescent tube (Or Arcardia 12% in the UK). Compact or coil bulbs do not emit the proper amount of UVB light for a bearded dragon, and should not be used. Other brands, such as the Zilla Desert Series and ReptiGlo have been known to cause eye problems and other health issues with bearded dragons, and should be avoided. The reason that some UVB lights (Zilla, ReptiGlo, coils/compacts, ect.) are considered dangerous is because the wavelength of UVB that they emit is shorter and more intense than the wavelength of the "safe" lights (ReptiSun, Arcadia).
UVB lights should be replaced every 6 months.
**Note: Fluorescent light bulbs contain mercury, so you shouldn't throw away your used ReptiSuns. Take them to a facility that will dispose of them for you. Some hardware stores such as Home Depot may take your used bulbs for you. This could be the reason for the wanting out glass surfing

A T 8 will fit in a regular hood-- only difference is they are not as strong as the T5-- and they need to be changed out every 6 months--- you need to mount inside of tank approx 6-8 inches from basking spot--

What kind of mesh screen do you have? If it is a fine mesh it will definitely need to go inside the tank if its a wide screen it can sit on top for the T5 so you would need to get the T5 --- and you would need the fixture as they are more flat of a fixture-- others may have ideas w/ that type of top --

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
