When do dragons stop gaining length?

Postby MarlowAndMe » Sat Dec 29, 2018 10:32 am

Marlow is now 15” at 23days off his 1st birthday
Do they stop growing length around 12 months or is it 18 months?
I know they still gain muscle and fill out a bit after that but just wondering on the length.
I’ve had him 3 months now, he was 11” at 9 months so gained 4” in 3months

I know his growth is likely stunted from the husbandry before he adopted us

It really kind of varies. My vet says they can grow up until about two years but growth slows down quite a bit between about 12-18 months. By 18-24 months I'd consider him to be full length.
