Well ya worst case scenario I will have to go that route. There are 24 inch fixtures that have a plug but they are black lights. The ones I have been looking at are 20 watts and have a reflector. They dont say if its a T-8 or T-5 but it may be worth looking into. Would that work?

Those are T8. They don't have good reflectors behind the bulbs though and that makes a big difference in output with the T8s. ZooMed makes a T8 version of their hood. for about the same amount, you could get a sunblaster t5 fixture with a reflector,
mine works very well

So this Nano tech T-5 fixture with reflector is all I would need. I wouldnt have to switch out the bulb for a reptisun 10.0 HO bulb?

You would need a 22'' T5 bulb for it. Those are excellent fixtures though and in the long run it's better to invest in a T5 since they have better UVB output and the bulbs last much longer before needing replacement (at least a year).

So I went with the Reptisun 24 in T8 fixture. I understand its weaker but I will place in the enclosure and make sure it hitting the basking spot at the rite range. Thanks everyone for all the help and suggestions.

Yeah if it's 6-8'' away it should be OK with that reflector. The bulb should be replaced every 6 months or so as it degrades.
