Pictures really don't do him justice, but he has really fattened up over the past month or so.

He's going on 6 months old. Definitely over a foot long. I don't currently have a kitchen scale to weigh him though. Any suggestions for good scales?

He's not on sand. That's a flat piece of cork bark he's standing on.

I have loose tile substrate. He basks on a piece of bark I elevated on some flat stones. It does look like sand though.
