I think building is the best option if you have the patience for it. I didn't, so I did some searching and found a few online sellers that made my life easier. I got my beardies' current home from an online store called diycages. It's 48x24x24, comes with sliding glass doors, digital thermometer, and a pair of light fixtures. The material is a pvc blend and it's really lightweight.
That said, building one is definitely the most cost effective and customizable way to go. Lookup "crossfire" terrarium on Google for some easy to follow plans you can tweek.
