Jeweled lacerta sexing

I got my two Lacertas when they were hatchlings and I know sexing is almost impossible when they are so small. The breeder did his best to try to find a male and female and I am now suspecting they aren't what we thought. I was hoping for some opinions. They get along extremely well in their cage so if they were the same gender I would suspect females because In the 5 months I have had them I have seen one quarrel, and they were just then put in a new cage.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
