I highly recommend the Allopurinol, absolutely but the Tramadol, I would forego using that at her age. I don't think it's beneficial at the moment, it causes a lot of side effects. The black or tart cherry juice extract would be ideal to get her started on. Give just a few drops daily since she is so tiny. The UVB lighting & heating is crucial as well for help in the body excreting uric acid properly. If you are using any type of calcium supplementation, be sure it is free of D3 right now.
