Basking bulb blown - temp solution??

Hi all

I have just been in to check on Lemon after being in a meeting all morning (it's 13.30pm here UK) to find the bulb has blown on his Exo Terra intense basking spotlight. I suspect it therefore hasn't been on since it was switched off at bedtime so Lemon has had no heat yet today (my son did his water / salad before leaving for school which is an hour before his lights usually come on). He was still snuggled in his blanket in his hide which is how I noticed! His Arcadia UV light working fine (this has just been replaced after 9 / 10 months) but no heat.

My local reptile shop is closed Mondays (sod's law!) and the only other petshop has no stock until 21st April. I have ordered next day delivery from Amazon so will have it tomorrow, and I have just fitted a CHE bulb in the short team so he at least will get heat now!

Will this be OK for the next 24 hours? I'm guessing getting good heat is more important even if it via a CHE bulb temporarily?

The CHE will be fine for now --- I would get some back up bulbs tho --- can you order Flukers basking bulbs? Or Arcadia Halogens?

I am definitely ordering back ups for next time! Will have a look for the other brands you suggest, thank you!
