It's just poo. Might be a little bit of inflammation in the gut that caused a bit of extra mucus to be produced, which is more than likely what that is. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a reoccurring issue. -Brandon

The jungle dawn LED is fine to add, it's just a bit expensive and not necessary. But, it doesn't hurt and it does solve your issue of wanting more light in the enclosure. I would try to angle or move the DHP close to the basking surface if you can. -Brandon

Yeah you can. As with anything you bring in from outside, make sure you clean it thoroughly to mitigate the risk of introducing parasites or other nasties to your dragons enclosure. -Brandon
