Can i please ask how you are measuring temps? The reason i ask is because stick on dials are reknowned on here for being very inaccurate, the most accurate is to use a digital thermometer or temp gun. If the temps are off (either far too low, which is the most likely in this circumstance IMO, or...

I believe it a coil but they said on another forum that it would be changed to the ReptiSun10 tube when they have the money to do so :)
