A BD who has an undisturbed sleep, you will find in the morning, in the same spot, generally in the same position as it was in the night before. If your BD is moving a couple of times a night, consistently, your light is very likely bothering it. Lights of ANY color in the enclosure at night...

This is a CHE (Ceramic Heat Emitter) fits in a regular light socket, which must be porcelain or ceramic, the socket can not be plastic.

Sorry to hear of you & the baby's misfortune, caused by Pet Store's notorious flow of 'Crap' info. To avoid the stress that may affect one or both BDs, I would not be overly concerned about distance or proximity, but i would recommend keeping the enclosures oriented so they are out of each...

Two females housed together can sometimes be successful, but more times than not, also eventually fails [Very first photo, in the first post of this thread]. The plain & simple fact is that these are solitary creatures, forced cohabitation of any kind is only for the keeper's selfish benefit &...

It appears that they got most of their info & husbandry methods from the manual that they are recommending. Which IMHO, is one of the worst excuses as a source for Bearded Dragon Care I have read. It is full of contradictions, questionable to bad info & the Author, on a number of occasions...

Depending on how deep (Front to Back) the enclosure is. I have a 4 foot enclosure divided into 2, but it is 3 feet deep, thus providing 6 square feet of floor area on each side. A single adult BD needs a minimum of 4 square feet of floor area to live reasonably comfy in.

Having a see through divider is not the best of plans, seeing each other, even though they can not actually physically contact each other, will frustrate & stress them out. Once old enough, could also trigger infertile clutches, without ever having been physically together in the 'Family' way...
