Haven't been around and just caught up...AWESOME that Pookie is eating the white wormies!!! I also believe that animals are very tuned into each other as well as their slaves! I remember when the hubby was in ICU and was finally out and he asked to see Digger (he was in step down). I went home...
Gina, the butterfly! I got chills!!! I once read somewhere that seeing a butterfly after the death of a loved one meant that the loved one is in heaven and was sending down a butterfly to let the person left behind know not to grieve, they are in a very happy place!
Very awesome to see that...
Gina, i remember posting a poem that I had found under Digger's memorial and I thought I would report here for you:( It 's from a humna point of view, but it did comfort me at the time.
When tomorrow starts without me
and I'm not there to see
if the sun should rise and find your eyes
all...
Oh dear GIna I am so so sorry:( I have to agree with everyone else, you did nothing wrong, she just wanted to go first to greet Pookie because she couldn't bear being without him!
Gentle hugs to you:(
GIna, I have been following as much as I can on facebook...I feel so bad for Pookie. Wish I could do more...am sending hugs, prayers and gentle thoughts to both of you! :(
