My Rankin dragon fidget wont drink from his water dish

My 16ish month old lizard wont drink out of his water dish in his tank but only in the bath when the taps are running so the water is circulating is there anything like this i can get for his tank>?

Dragons often won't drink from standing water. There really is not point in keeping a water bowl in the tank anyways.

is there anything i can get to keep water circulating as he is always thirsty as he drinks loads as soon as i put him in the bath but i cant bath his daily

Any type of moving water will greatly raise the humidity level.
