Is this OK to put in the cage for a bearded dragon?

Be careful and check the material from which the cage is made. Pine and cedar are toxic for use as beardies decor.

I know that there are special coatings for sealing wood, but I have never used pine in a terrarium and I have no experience in using sealing paint. I think other members will be able to recommend certain brands of paint.

You can seal it with low voc polyurethane. Let it cure to zero fumes.
